💼 About the Role
In this role, you will oversee and manage all paint, coatings, and epoxy floor operations across a range of commercial interior projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who thrives on leading crews, ensuring top-quality finishes, and maintaining project timelines.
✅ What They’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in commercial painting, industrial coatings, or epoxy flooring
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple crews and projects simultaneously
Detail-oriented with a commitment to safety and quality
Previous superintendent or crew lead experience a plus

Competitive $60,000–$70,000 salary (depending on experience)
