Property & Operations Manager

We’re looking for a Property Manager who brings professionalism, empathy, and a strong sense of ownership. In this residential-focused role, you’ll oversee a portfolio made up primarily of single-family homes, support residents, manage office operations, and lead a high-performing team — all within a collaborative, tight-knit environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Office Operations: Oversee daily office workflow, ensure task completion, and drive team accountability and performance.
  • Manage Leasing Activity: Handle tours, lead follow-ups, applications, and move-ins to maintain strong occupancy.
  • Support Residents: Act as the main point of contact, providing prompt, professional communication and promoting retention.
  • Financial Oversight: Review income statements, manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and ensure accurate payouts.
  • Property Management: Conduct regular inspections, coordinate maintenance, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across single-family homes.
  • System Efficiency: Use AppFolio to manage leasing, maintenance, and reporting with accuracy and speed.
  • Stay Informed: Monitor local rental trends and participate in continued education and professional development.

Schedule & Culture

  • In-office position, Monday–Friday
  • Occasional after-hours or weekend emergency availability might be required.

Qualifications

  • Active Oklahoma’s Broker License required.
  • 3–5 years minimum property management experience, preferably with residential/single-family portfolios.
  • Proficient in AppFolio software.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and time management skills.
  • Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
