Job Posting: Commercial Masonry Estimator
A well-established and reputable commercial construction company is seeking a skilled Commercial Masonry Estimator with a strong background in masonry, waterproofing, and restoration. Minimum 5 years of estimating experience in commercial masonry, waterproofing, and restoration
Proficiency in Bluebeam or similar takeoff/estimating software
Solid understanding of construction documents, scopes, and cost analysis
Ability to manage multiple bids and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Good tenure preferred
Review and interpret architectural drawings and project specifications
Prepare detailed and accurate estimates using Bluebeam
Analyze project scopes in masonry, waterproofing, and restoration disciplines
Coordinate pricing with vendors and subcontractors
Prepare and submit competitive, timely bid proposals
Participate in pre-construction planning and handoff to project teams
