Prepare accurate and competitive drywall estimates for commercial construction projects
Utilize OST and Quickbid for takeoffs and bid preparation
Interpret construction documents, blueprints, and specifications
Collaborate closely with project managers and operations teams
Attend pre-bid meetings and support the estimating team through final bid submissions
Ensure all estimates are completed with a high level of accuracy and timeliness
Minimum 10 years of experience in commercial drywall estimating
Advanced proficiency in On-Screen Takeoff (OST) and Quickbid
Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods and materials
Excellent communication, time management, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and professionalism
