Manage all phases of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
Coordinate with superintendents, subcontractors, clients, and design teams
Track schedules, budgets, and project milestones to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery
Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction
Lead progress meetings and project reporting
Qualifications:
Experience leading projects as a Project Manager in commercial construction
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, equivalent experience will also be considered
