About the Role
You’ll assist in the defense of insurers in bad faith and coverage litigation arising primarily from home, auto, and life insurance claims. The role spans from early analysis and strategy development through mediation, settlement, or trial.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle litigation matters involving bad faith insurance claims and coverage disputes
  • Develop strategic case plans, manage discovery, and conduct depositions
  • Draft motions, disclosures, and legal correspondence
  • Represent clients in oral arguments, mediations, and trials
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and provide client-focused legal solutions
  • Support firm development through leadership and mentoring potential

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–12 years of Arizona-based litigation experience in bad faith and insurance coverage
  • Strong legal analysis, writing, and oral advocacy skills
  • Proven courtroom and deposition experience
  • Client-focused mindset with professional judgment and integrity
  • Team-oriented and committed to ongoing learning and mentorship
  • Licensed to practice in Arizona (Active & in Good Standing)
