I am working with a firm that is seeking an associate-level attorney with 3+ years of experience to join a growing Health Law practice group. Candidates with health law transactional experience are strongly encouraged to apply. 

Background:

  • Review and revise health care-related agreements such as managed care/payor agreements, vendor and supplier agreements and professional services agreements
  • Research regulatory compliance issues including scope of licensure issues and fraud and abuse issues
  • Corporate transactional experience
  • Strong legal writing and communication skills
  • Admitted in DC or waiver eligibility
