Tax Manager Responsibilities:
- Supervise tax preparation and review for accuracy
- Prepare more complex returns
- Manage tax team to ensure efficiency
- Communicate with clients to address tax inquiries and provide guidance
- Stay up-to-date on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance
Tax Manager Qualifications:
- CPA required
- 4-8 years of experience as tax accountant
- Preferred: strong background in High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWI)
- Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
