About the Opportunity:
A respected national litigation firm is seeking a Litigation Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a diligent, hard-working, and talented lawyer to handle complex cases at both the state and federal levels. The firm operates from eight strategic offices nationwide and represents clients in high-stakes litigation with a focus on insurance defense and transportation defense.

What You’ll Do:

  • Handle a diverse caseload involving insurance defense, transportation defense, and other complex litigation matters

  • Represent clients in court at hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials

  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents

  • Develop case strategies in collaboration with experienced trial attorneys

  • Manage cases from inception through resolution with minimal supervision

What You Bring:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

  • Active license to practice law in [State(s)] (additional bar admissions a plus)

  • 3+ years of litigation experience preferred, ideally in insurance or transportation defense

  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-volume caseload independently

  • A proactive, team-oriented approach to litigation strategy
