Estimator – Commercial Construction
A highly respected and well-established General Contractor with a strong backlog of projects is looking for a Commercial Construction Estimator to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed budgets for commercial construction projects
Utilize conceptual design and value engineering as needed
Develop and manage estimates across multiple projects
Collaborate with clients, field teams, and designers
Present clear reports and budget breakdowns
Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in commercial construction estimating
Bachelor’s in Construction Management (preferred)
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
