This Tucson-based firm focuses on probate litigation, estate planning, and guardianship/conservatorship. They are known for blending legal professionalism with heartfelt client care, and they prioritize a drama-free, team-oriented work environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage a caseload of probate/trust litigation and guardianship/conservatorship matters
  • Draft and respond to motions, disclosures, and pleadings
  • Appear at initial and contested hearings
  • Communicate regularly with clients and ensure expectations are met
  • Draft estate plans and address related legal inquiries
  • Participate in ongoing CLE for advanced estate planning strategies

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed to practice in Arizona (Active & in Good Standing)
  • Experience in Title 14 litigation (probate, trusts, guardianship/conservatorship)
  • Estate planning experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Tech-savvy, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Looking for a long-term career with a mission-driven law firm

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary range: $100,000 – $125,000+, based on experience
  • End-of-year bonus potential
  • No billable hour minimum
  • Generous paid time off
