What You’ll Do
• Represent clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases from intake through trial and resolution.
• Handle all phases of litigation, including discovery, depositions, mediations, motion practice, and trial preparation.
• Evaluate case value, negotiate settlements, and advocate effectively in court proceedings.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide compassionate, results-driven representation.
• Collaborate closely with partners and litigation teams to develop case strategies and ensure successful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
• Licensed and in good standing with The Florida Bar.
• 4+ years of experience in personal injury litigation, preferably with trial experience.
• Excellent negotiation, research, and legal writing skills.
• Strong courtroom presence and ability to manage multiple cases independently.
• Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client service and professional integrity.
