Project Manager – Large-Scale Structural Steel Fabrication

We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead major structural steel projects from contract award through completion. This is your chance to work with a well-established, award-winning steel fabricator known for delivering some of the most recognizable structures along the East Coast. You’ll take the lead on complex, high-profile builds, collaborating with talented in-house teams and trusted partners to ensure each project is delivered on time, on budget, and to impeccable quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own your projects from start to finish, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Interpret and execute from architectural and structural drawings with precision.

  • Coordinate seamlessly with detailing, fabrication, and erection teams.

  • Be the central point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors.

  • Anticipate and solve challenges before they become roadblocks.

  • Lead meetings, prepare progress reports, and manage change orders.

  • Keep safety, quality, and client satisfaction at the forefront of every decision.

What You Bring:

  • Solid track record managing large-scale structural steel projects.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency with MS Office; experience with BlueBeam, Tekla Power Fab Suite, or Tekla Models a plus.

  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $100,000 – $110,000 (DOE)
