We are seeking a motivated and skilled Complex Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic and collaborative team. This role offers flexibility while providing the opportunity to work on challenging and high-stakes matters across a variety of complex litigation areas, including business disputes, toxic torts, employment matters, real estate litigation, and insurance defense.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse caseload from initial investigation through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, depositions, and client communication

  • Draft legal pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and correspondence

  • Participate in mediations, settlement conferences, and hearings

  • Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients on litigation strategy

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and procedural rules

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active membership in the California Bar

  • Minimum of 2 years of litigation experience, ideally with exposure to multiple relevant practice areas

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • Ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Trial experience is a plus but not required
