Utilize OST (On-Screen Takeoff) and Quick Bid software for precise estimating.
Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
Collaborate with project managers, clients, and subcontractors to ensure successful project execution.
Maintain detailed records of bids, estimates, and awarded projects.
Requirements:
Strong tenure in previous roles within the commercial drywall industry.
Proficiency in OST and Quick Bid software.
Solid portfolio of successful commercial drywall projects.
Strong communication, organization, and analytical skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
