Position Overview:
As the Lead Maintenance Technician, you’ll oversee maintenance operations in a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment. You’ll ensure the reliability and performance of automated systems, mentor maintenance staff, and play a key role in continuous improvement initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
Lead and coordinate maintenance activities across production lines.
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated machinery and equipment.
Implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
Collaborate with production and engineering teams to optimize efficiency.
Provide technical training and support to maintenance team members.
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a maintenance lead or senior technician role within a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of automated systems, PLCs, pneumatics, hydraulics, and electrical systems.
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: $36 – $44 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Monday – Friday (no weekends)
