Primary Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all phases of assigned construction projects
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
Coordinate with superintendents and subcontractors to maintain productivity and quality
Facilitate project meetings and communication among stakeholders
Ensure safety protocols and client expectations are consistently met
Handle documentation, reporting, and project closeout
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within the commercial construction industry
Strong grasp of construction operations, scheduling, and budgeting
Effective leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred; equivalent industry experience also considered
