Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage multiple client tax engagements across diverse industries.
Review and prepare complex federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, and partnerships.
Provide strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting services.
Manage, train, and mentor staff accountants, providing feedback and guidance.
Stay up to date on changing tax laws and regulations to ensure client compliance and optimize tax strategies.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and quality service.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field; CPA license required.
5+ years of public accounting tax experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes and regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency with tax preparation and accounting software.
Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive base salary of $120,000 – $150,000, depending on experience.
