SALES MANAGER – BUILDING MATERIALS

A locally respected building supply company is seeking a strategic and compassionate Sales Manager to lead both inside and outside sales efforts with purpose and integrity. WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead and develop the sales team across inside and outside territories, spending at least 50% of your time in-office mentoring and guiding
  • Set and execute strategic sales plans paced for sustainable growth—not rushed results
  • Hire, coach, and support sales staff with a focus on empowerment, accountability, and shared success
  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and the local community
  • Collaborate with ownership and senior leadership on pricing, forecasting, and long-term planning
  • Align sales goals with the company’s mission—where financial success supports, not overshadows, core values
