Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):
Turn complex processes into streamlined SOPs
Approve the drawings and specs that bring products to life
Design smarter tools and source the right equipment
Troubleshoot bottlenecks with calm and creativity
Lead hands-on training that actually sticks
Build and iterate on prototypes that push boundaries
The Right Fit Has:
A degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering
3–5 years in the manufacturing trenches
An eye for process improvement and a mind for problem-solving
Familiarity with MRP systems (extra points)
Experience with metal fabrication, welding, or coatings (bonus!)
