Associate Attorney – Civil Litigation

About the Role:
With six cases already set for trial next year, you’ll be directly engaged in case strategy, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation.
What They’re Looking For:
Civil litigation background, ideally in construction defect, employment law, or other civil litigation
A proactive, driven approach – someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
Excellent writing, research, and courtroom skills
