Commercial Lines Account Manager

Position Overview

  • Oversee a portfolio of Commercial Lines clients with a focus on responsiveness, accuracy, and results.

  • Lead renewal strategy meetings and negotiate carrier terms for optimal coverage and pricing.

  • Identify opportunities for growth—cross-sell, upsell, and strengthen retention through insight and follow-through.

  • Support process improvement, compliance, and best-practice initiatives across the department.

  • Collaborate with producers, CSRs, and leadership to deliver seamless client experiences.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Commercial Lines account management.

  • Current Property & Casualty license.

  • Proficiency in Applied Epic (preferred) or AMS360.

  • Excellent communication, organization, and client-relations skills.

  • Strong understanding of commercial coverages (GL, Property, Auto, WC, Umbrella).

Salary & Benefits

  • Competitive base: $50,000–$70,000
