Personal Lines Account Manager

You’re a tech-savvy, service-driven insurance professional who thrives on solving problems quickly and building trust with clients. You navigate homeowners, auto, umbrella, and renters coverage with ease, mastering both personal relationships and agency technology to deliver efficient, accurate, and friendly service every day.

What You’ll Do

  • Handle a personal lines portfolio with precision and accountability.

  • Review renewals, process endorsements, and generate quotes using Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, or EZLynx.

  • Communicate proactively with clients to anticipate needs and reinforce retention.

  • Partner with carriers to resolve billing and claims issues swiftly.

  • Track coverage changes, market trends, and carrier updates to guide informed decisions.

  • Support remarketing and cross-sell initiatives to enhance the client experience.

What You Bring

  • Minimum 2 years of personal lines experience and an active P&C license.

  • Strong communication, follow-through, and service ethics.

  • Proficiency with insurance software and carrier portals.

  • Adaptable mindset with a drive for growth and innovation.

  • Desire to pursue designations such as CISR or CIC.

Compensation

Base salary: $40,000–$60,000 Plus benefits, training, and advancement potential.
