What You’ll Do

As an Interior Designer, you’ll play a key role in delivering impactful commercial projects from concept to completion. This role includes:

  • Developing interior design concepts and design direction.

  • Selecting finishes, furniture, and fixtures.

  • Producing detailed construction documentation.

  • Preparing and assisting with presentations and renderings.

  • Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients throughout all phases of design.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in an architecture/engineering (AE) firm or similar setting.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from an accredited program.

  • Healthcare design experience highly desirable.

  • NCIDQ certification (or on track to obtain).

  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Experience with rendering software such as Lumion or Enscape is a plus.

  • Strong graphic, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Organized, collaborative, and detail-oriented.

  • Ability to manage and execute interior design scope through all project phases.
