Experienced Field Ops Manager in Austin

A fast growing family owned and operated company located in the Texas triangle area is looking to hire an experienced Field Ops Manager.

This position offers room for growth and comes with a benefit package.

Candidates must meet the following qualifications and skills to be considered

• Have experience in overseeing field staff
• Ability to work closely with their biologists, field techs, account managers, and current management team
• Able to coordinate between their 3 locations
• Field quality control & risk mitigation experience is a must
• Minimum of 5 yrs experience in lake & pond management and have a degree in wildlife & fisheries
