Trial Attorney – Plaintiff-Side | Miami, FL
A well-established plaintiff-side law firm in Miami is seeking an experienced Trial Attorney to join its dynamic litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator to handle meaningful, high-value cases while working in a collaborative environment that prioritizes client advocacy and courtroom success.
Responsibilities:
Handle all phases of litigation, from case intake through trial, with a strong focus on plaintiff personal injury matters.
Develop case strategies, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and conduct depositions.
Advocate on behalf of clients in mediations, hearings, and jury trials.
Manage client relationships with professionalism, empathy, and clear communication.
Work closely with senior attorneys and support staff to deliver high-quality results.
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (J.D.) and admission to the Florida Bar.
5+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, with proven trial or courtroom experience.
Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
Demonstrated passion for plaintiff advocacy and achieving justice for clients.
