Litigation Associate – Houston, TX (Confidential Search)

What You’ll Be Doing
You won’t be stuck behind the scenes—this position puts you in the middle of the action:
Leading TRO and injunction hearings
Handling contract disputes, trade secret and IP claims, shareholder conflicts, and employment disputes
Drafting pleadings, briefs, and discovery on complex commercial matters
Arguing motions and trying cases in both state and federal court
Taking and defending depositions, including experts
Representing clients before administrative agencies (OSHA, Texas Medical Board, CMS, etc.)
Playing a central role from case inception through mediation or trial
What We’re Looking For
JD and active Texas Bar license (good standing)
At least 6 years of litigation experience, including 3+ years of trial work
Demonstrated experience leading TROs and injunction hearings
Strong background in commercial litigation at a reputable firm
Confident courtroom presence and excellent advocacy skills
