Job Description

Our well-established law firm in Scottsdale is seeking an insurance coverage attorney to join the firm's Insurance Coverage Practice Group. The work includes writing coverage opinions and assisting in litigating insurance coverage disputes in diverse types of coverage cases. The Candidate should have a minimum of three years of coverage experience and an active California Bar license. 

The candidate should be a driven team player with excellent analytical abilities, persuasive research, writing, and speaking skills. The candidate should be detail-oriented, highly organized, and work well with others.

The position allows working with the firm’s talented Insurance Practice Group. It offers a significant amount of responsibility and opportunities for growth and advancement.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of writing coverage opinions and assisting in litigating insurance coverage
  • Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments 
  • Active membership with the AZ state bar
