Business Litigation Attorney in West Palm Beach

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Business Litigation Attorney who share our values and is willing to devote their experience and abilities to helping our clients find resolution and certainty, to approach each case with compassion but maintain the assertiveness and knowledge needed to achieve results for our clients. 

Experience: 4 to 6 years in commercial business litigation.

Qualifications:

• Experience with representing clients in all phases of commercial business litigation, including pre-litigation counseling, discovery, motion practice, trial and appeals.
• At least one federal court Admission.

Responsibilities:

• Develop case strategies, conduct legal research, and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Manage and oversee all aspects of electronic discovery.
• Handle depositions, including expert witness preparation.
• Appear in court for hearings, status conferences and trials, as necessary.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other practice areas to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
