Job Description

A well-established corporate and real estate law firm in Nashville is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Legal Assistant to join their team. 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level administrative and legal support to attorneys handling corporate and real estate matters

  • Assist with LLC/entity formations, including filing and managing formation documents, amendments, and annual reports

  • Support real estate closings, including coordinating schedules, managing transaction documents, and preparing closing binders

  • Organize and maintain both electronic and physical legal files and documentation

  • Perform general administrative duties, including calendar management, expense reporting, and travel coordination

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a legal assistant, preferably in a corporate or real estate law firm

  • Strong working knowledge of LLC formation, real estate transactions, and deal closing procedures

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Work Environment

  • Onsite position based in our Nashville office
