Gpac is partnering with a well-established ag retail company who is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agronomy Location Manager to lead operations at our agronomy location. This individual will oversee daily business functions while driving sales growth. The ideal candidate is not only a strong leader but also has a proven track record in agronomy sales, relationship management, and operational oversight.

They are a full-service agronomy company looking for someone with a background in sales to come in and lead their sales team. They are offering a very competitive wage plus bonuses and outstanding benefits along with a great retirement package.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with growers, providing solutions that meet their agronomic needs.
  • Oversee and mentor staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and operational efficiency.
  • 3+ years of experience in agronomy sales, with knowledge of chemicals, fertilizer, and seed.
