What we’re looking for:
10+ years in commercial roofing (both new construction and re-roofing).
Leadership experience running operations, ideally as a Commercial Roofing Operations Manager or similar.
Strong financial acumen—you’ve had full P&L responsibility and know how to drive profitability.
A hands-on leader who can manage people, projects, and clients all at once.
Safety-first mindset and deep knowledge of roofing systems (TPO, PVC, BUR, metal, single-ply, etc.).
As the Commercial Roofing Operations Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for everything operations—safety, quality, scheduling, hiring, budgets, and client satisfaction. You’ll set the tone for the branch and establish the standards for growth.
