Machining/ Production Supervisor in Milwaukee

Job Description

Gpac just partnered with a rapidly growing manufacturing company that is seeking a Production Supervisor/Machining supervisor.  Excellent benefits and compensation.

1st shift!!!!!

Responsible for overseeing the production, product quality and safety within an assigned weld bay with approximately 18 direct reports. 

Experience:

• Technical degree and/or welding certifications preferred 
• Ability to read blueprints 
• Must have knowledge and experience of metal fabrication and welding techniques (hardwire, metal-core, flux-core & sub-arc); and large open table set-ups 
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing OR Six Sigma methodologies a plus
