What We’re Looking For:
5+ years of experience in asphalt paving in a leadership role
Background in heavy highway, concrete, and asphalt construction
DOT and government project experience
Ability to mentor and support two junior Project Managers
Strong leadership with the ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and inspectors
Focus on quality control, safety, and problem-solving
