Job Description

A prestigious and nationally recognized firm is seeking an experienced LIHTC Attorney. Qualified applicants will have 3+ years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Transactions related to Affordable Housing and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. 

Qualifications/Benefits

  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in low-income housing tax credit transactions and real estate transactions
  • Familiarty working with government agencies and processes
  • Strong communication skills, enthusiastic team player
  • Will look at investor side experience - ideally developer side
  • This is a remote opportunity - excellent comp, full suite of benefits, and a home office stipend are offered to employees of the firm
  • $200-250k
