Job Description

Gpac is partnering with a well-established company looking for a Agricultural Parts Manager to oversee the parts department for their dealership. This role is responsible for managing inventory, coordinating with service and sales departments, and ensuring our customers receive the right parts quickly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, agricultural equipment knowledge, and a proven track record in parts management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the parts department, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and selling agricultural equipment parts.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal departments.

  • Monitor inventory levels and implement strategies to reduce excess stock while preventing shortages.

  • Ensure accurate pricing, invoicing, and warranty processing.

  • Train, mentor, and manage parts staff to deliver exceptional service and achieve department goals.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts department.

  • Collaborate with the service and sales teams to support overall dealership performance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a parts management or supervisory role, preferably in agriculture, construction, or heavy equipment.

  • Strong knowledge of agricultural equipment, machinery, and related parts.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Proficiency with parts management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong customer service and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage inventory effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
