Position Overview

Lead RN (Monday-Friday AM Shift)

  • Provide leadership support by assisting frontline staff with care coordination and administrative duties
  • Responsibilities include resident care, discharge planning, infection monitoring, and teaching CBRF courses
  • Participate in Licensed Staff weekend on-call rotation and occasional holiday on-call
  • Typical schedule: Monday-Friday, 7AM-3PM with flexibility to meet facility needs

RN/LPN (PM and Night Shift Positions Available)

  • RN role: Provide direct supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and other non-licensed personnel; ensure medication policies and care plans are followed; assess and intervene as needed; documentation and team collaboration
  • LPN role: Supervise CNAs and assist with care plan development and implementation; observe residents and intervene appropriately; maintain professional documentation and effective communication

Qualifications

  • Current RN or LPN license in the State of Wisconsin required
  • Compassionate, team-oriented, and dedicated to delivering the highest quality resident care
