We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive EHS Manager to lead our environmental, health, and safety efforts across all job sites.
Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies.
Conduct job site inspections and audits to ensure safety compliance and identify risks.
Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.
Provide EHS training to employees, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Liaise with project managers and superintendents to promote safe construction practices.
Serve as the primary contact for OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.
Stay up to date with changing regulations and best practices in construction safety.
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in commercial construction.
Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant construction safety regulations.
Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CHST, or other relevant certification preferred.
Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
