We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive EHS Manager to lead our environmental, health, and safety efforts across all job sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive EHS programs and policies.

  • Conduct job site inspections and audits to ensure safety compliance and identify risks.

  • Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action implementation.

  • Provide EHS training to employees, subcontractors, and site personnel.

  • Liaise with project managers and superintendents to promote safe construction practices.

  • Serve as the primary contact for OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies.

  • Stay up to date with changing regulations and best practices in construction safety.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Minimum 5 years of EHS experience in commercial construction.

  • Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other relevant construction safety regulations.

  • Certified Safety Professional (CSP), CHST, or other relevant certification preferred.

  • Excellent communication, training, and leadership skills.

  • Ability to travel to multiple job sites as needed.
