Job Posting: Masonry Foreman

Location: Tennesee, Texas, California

We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Masonry Foreman. As a Masonry Foreman, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing masonry projects in this region. If you have a strong background in masonry, exceptional leadership abilities, and a commitment to safety, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, motivate, and work alongside team members to ensure the successful completion of projects
  • Review and understand plans, lay out, and maintain proper line and grade
  • Collaborate with Project Managers and General Contractors to ensure project success
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures and enforce them within the team
  • Identify necessary tools and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition
  • Train team members on safety procedures and building techniques
  • Prepare project timelines
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors, and architects
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic, discipline, and accountability to meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Ability to design and erect scaffolding

Minimum Background Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience as a Masonry Foreman
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and upper management
  • Willingness to work alongside field crews and actively participate in masonry work
  • Ability to read plans and execute them accurately
  • Strong team drive and the ability to work within tight schedules
  • Solid understanding of safety procedures and a commitment to their implementation
  • Exceptional leadership and management abilities
  • Proficiency in maintaining proper line and grade
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Must possess 30 hours of OSHA, CPR, and First Aid training
  • Forklift certification and aerial man lift certification
  • Ability to pass a drug screen

Other Compensations:

  • Boot Allowance of $235 per year
  • Truck Allowance of $480 per month
  • Profit Sharing based on profitability of completed jobs (up to 20%)
