Director of Land Development 

We are seeking a strategic and experienced Director of Land Development to lead and manage all aspects of our land development operations. This role requires a hands-on leader with deep expertise in land acquisition, entitlements, engineering, permitting, and construction management. The ideal candidate will be a strong collaborator with the ability to drive projects from concept to completion while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Real Estate Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8+ yearse of experience in land devleopment- residential 
  • Strong understanding of negoitations, project leadership, and financial analysis
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsible for:

  • Lead and oversee entire land devleopment process, from due diligence and acqusition through design, entilements, permitting, construction, and turnover
  • Direct internal teams and third-party consultants- civil engineers, contractors
  • Develop and manage budgets, schedules, scopes of work, and code compliance
  • Represent the company in municipal meetings, neighborhood outreach, and agency negotiations
