Permit Expeditor – Demolition, Excavation & Site Work
Join a leading company specializing in demolition, mass excavation, and site work as a Permit Expeditor! In this role, you’ll manage permits, bonds, and compliance for our projects and fleet, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule.
Your Role:
Review contracts and estimate permitting needs for upcoming and active projects.
Obtain all necessary permits, bonds, and fleet documentation accurately and on time.
Coordinate with Project Management and Accounting to maintain site compliance.
Attend team meetings to report on permit status and project progress.
Prepare administrative documents, inspections, and incident reports.
Respond professionally to client communications and inquiries regarding permits.
Support pre-construction and daily project coordination as needed.
What You Bring:
Proficiency in Excel, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of permits, code regulations, and construction processes is a plus.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage competing priorities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
