They recently experienced their lead sales manager retiring and need a new roof sales manager to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to. Roofing Sales & Operations Manager

compensation: Base Salary + Commission
employment type: full-time
Established Roofing company seeks experienced person to push sales and manage operations.

Background and Minimum Requirements:

*Roofing and Insurance Restoration Sales & Management experience including Xactimate and experience with the Insurance Supplemental Claims Process.
*Communication Skills: Effective communication skills with the owner and employees required; either one on one, in a group or in writing.
*Computer Skills: Xactimate, Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Quick-books experience & knowledge a must! Ability to troubleshoot and resolve computer or initiate needed repairs.
Social Networking knowledge but not an addiction is always a plus.
*Ability to learn proprietary software.
*Type a minimum of 50 wpm
*Professionalism: Understands how to interact with customers, employees and guests, individually and on behalf of the company. Must be able to handle stressful situations, while staying calm and focused to resolve the issue at hand.
*Proactive and Anticipation: Has the ability to anticipate the needs of the business and execute with efficiency and accuracy; especially with critical issues or potential problems.
*Multi-tasking and Prioritization: Self-starter who is able to manage many tasks or projects at one time, and prioritize properly. We are looking for someone who is results driven (in a prompt manner).
*Work Load: Ability to meet extremely tight deadlines and work well under pressure. Has the ability to adapt to rapidly changing situations or goals.
*Organization: Has the ability to maintain an organized document management system and quick filing skills.
*Integrity: Must demonstrate integrity while having access to confidential information.
*Teamwork: Able to coordinate resources to execute on special projects.
*Excellent proofreading and grammar skills
*Attention to detail, accuracy and neatness (a must)
*Organization & time management skills

*Ability to work independently in organizing and implementing work priorities
*Ability to take initiative
*Can work under deadlines and meet them.
