Market President of Wealth 

I have a unique opportunity for someone in the Banking or Wealth sector in the extended Hutchinson, KS area. The financial entity currently has an excellent partnership with a Wealth and Insurance focused office. After a long, deliberate, and focused planning year, the leadership decided to bring the Wealth, Insurance, and Trust offerings in-house. This is the right opportunity for a multi-faceted financial business person. 

The ideal person will have expeirence in both the Wealth and Banking sectors. A people person who can also lead on the back office side until all of the pieces are in place to operate fully. This will create a banking model to serve the local client fully, and expanding the reach in time. You are only limited by your desire to grow! 

The company is ALSO open to purchasing an existing book of business due to Retirement, if you own an independent Trust office, for example. Requirements:

• 10 years experience with advanced Trust portfolios
• Prefer Employee benefits Trust experience, but will consider Individual Trust backgrounds:  true ability to work with all Trusts
• CPA, JD, and or CFTA strongly desired
• Willingness to commute into the office(s) for daily work hours (as permitted by the state and local) Part, but not all, of this role, can be worked remotely-- up to 2 days remotely/3 days in if needed.
• Microsoft Excel skills required
