Vice President of Information Technology (VP / ISO) Confidential Community Bank

A Community Bank is seeking an experienced Vice President of Information Technology to provide strategic leadership and operational oversight of our IT department. This individual will also serve as the Bank’s Information Security Officer (ISO), ensuring our systems remain secure, innovative, and compliant.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead IT strategy, innovation, and daily operations.
• Oversee system upgrades, infrastructure growth, and vendor relationships.
• Serve as the Bank’s Information Security Officer, managing risk and ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Develop and maintain technology and security policies, disaster recovery, and risk management plans.
• Guide, mentor, and develop IT team members while fostering collaboration across the organization.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven IT leadership experience (banking/financial services background preferred).
• Strong knowledge of information security, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on expertise in IT infrastructure, systems, and vendor management.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
