We are partnered with a well-established, fast-growing multidisciplinary Architecture & Engineering firm in Sacramento that has tripled its revenue and doubled staff over the past seven years. With profit margins above industry average and a healthy two-year backlog, this firm is poised for continued success—and is ready to add a key leader to the team.
They are seeking an Associate Principal to help guide the civil engineering group, develop business, and provide strategic leadership as the firm continues to scale.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
15+ years of civil engineering experience, with a focus on land/site development
California PE license required
Experience managing staff and delivering complex projects
Track record of successful client relationships and business development
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D
