Design Coordinator – Residential Construction

gpac is partnered with a leading residential homebuilder dedicated to delivering exceptional homes. We’re looking for a Design Coordinator to guide clients through the home design process and ensure a seamless experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with design selections that meet their preferences and budget.
• Utilize software to manage design selections and accounts.
• Coordinate with sales, construction, and purchasing teams to ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple design appointments and maintain organized records.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in homebuilder design or related field.
• Proficiency with SalesXpress and NewStar (preferred).
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Familiarity with residential construction and current design trends is a plus.
