ESTIMATORS OF FLORIDA COMMERCIAL DRYWALL

I am working with several top firms that specialize in Commercial Drywall that have immediate needs for experienced Estimators. Their teams are ready to add someone to their group of dedicated professionals.

I’m looking for someone that is ready to take the lead in Commercial Drywall, with experience as a Estimator for commercial projects. If you are ready to step up and have the correct background, I would be greatly interested in speaking with you about this position in more detail.

Locations: Ormond Beach, FL | Tampa, FL | Jacksonville, FL
Job Type: Full-Time

For this Commercial Drywall Estimator role, I am looking for someone with the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Prepare detailed estimates using our estimating software
• Analyze plans, specifications, and documents to develop accurate and competitive bids and proposals
• Manage RFIs, value engineering, and pricing exercises as requested by clients

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the construction industry
• Experience with drywall and metal framing is preferred
• Strong ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proficient in reading and interpreting plans and specifications
• On-Screen Takeoff, QuickBid, and/or Plexxis Software proficiencies, or relevant alternatives
• A true team player with a proactive approach
• Metal stud framing, acoustical ceilings, and trim and door work
• Self-starter, willing to learn, and eager for continuous improvement
