✅ Oversee clinical & administrative nursing service
✅ Manage budgets, staffing & care delivery

🎯 What You Bring to the Table:
✔ Active RN license (good standing)
✔ Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
✔ 2+ years RN experience (1+ year in long-term/home care)
✔ Strong leadership, compliance & communication skills
