Is This You?! 

• 5+ Years of Litigation Experience. Preferably Civil Litigation, Bankruptcy or Business Law Experience
• Firm Understanding of Nevada civil procedures & court filings.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe Acrobat
• Familiar with Odyssey, CM/ECF & ServeXpress e-filing platforms
• Go Getter, Meticulous, Professional, able to work well under pressure!

Big Responsibilities:

• Firm wide litigation support, being a team player and helping where needed! 
• Prepare, Proofread and File legal documents.
• Manage Attorney calendars
• Case Management
• Ensuring deadlines are met
• Drafting correspondence and other legal documents with minimal supervision
• Miscellaneous administrative duties
