Out Client is one of the leading Commercial General Contractors in the Philly area and they are seeking to add a motivated Business Development Executive to the team! What You’ll Do

  • Research markets, trends, and competitors to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Prospect and qualify clients through cold calls, networking, and research.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships as their primary contact.
  • Collaborate on compelling proposals that highlight our capabilities.
  • Develop strategies to expand market presence and explore partnerships.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development management (ideally 10+ years with a Commercial General Contractor, Management Firm or Large Real Estate Developer).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with a knack for market analysis.
  • Goal-focused with a passion for exceeding targets.
